Pick a Meal Kiddo is provided by Bolly Labs.

  1. What the app is. Pick a Meal Kiddo helps parents shortlist meal options and lets a child pick one. It is a household decision tool.
  2. Not dietary or medical advice. Meal content is entered by you, the parent. The app makes no nutritional claims and provides no dietary, allergy, or medical guidance. Decisions about what your family eats — including allergy and choking-hazard safety — are entirely yours.
  3. Your content. Meals, notes, and photos you add stay on your device and remain yours. We have no access to them.
  4. Purchases. Optional premium features are sold through Google Play / the Apple App Store under their payment terms. Refunds follow the relevant store's refund policy.
  5. No warranty. The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law, whose guarantees are not excluded), we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss from use of the app.
  6. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.
